Yesterday, March 8th, 2008, Ryanne and I went for a ride with her Grandpa and Grandma Harmon...to the cemetary to 'visit" with Aunt Daphne. It was good to get down there, as I hadn't been since before Christmas. Ryanne waited in the car with Grams after she came back to the car, so she wouldn't be upset being 'alone'.
We took a ride to the river afterwards and OMG the eagles were everywhere down there! It was soooo beautiful! Not to mention the cranes, seagulls, and ducks in the water...bobbing up and down, completely disappearing at times *hehe*
Watching Ryanne's reaction to the birds flying alllllllllll around was simply AMAZING! Seeing things through the eyes of a child is one of the most wonderful things.....she was squealing with excitement!! She'd look back at me like "DID YOU SEE THAT MOMMY???" and she'd wave her hands and arms and look at Gramps and Grams......that was so awesome to see how very excited she got!
We got home last night to see Daddy for a while, as he had to sleep the day away, cause he had to work last night. Daddy was happy to see Ryanne but she didn't last long, as she was worn out!! She didn't even eat supper....she drank 6 1/2 oz. of milk and off to la la land she went!
